VINIFICATION:
Traditional, low-temperature fermentation. Rosé made by bleeding off or direct pressing depending on grape variety.
AGING:
Tanks for 4 months, early bottling.
DESCRIPTION:
Pale pink with dark purple tints. Intense on the nose with aromas of fresh roses and English sweets. Slightly acid on the palate, very refreshing and sugary.
FOOD AND WINE COMBINATIONS:
Serve chilled between 10 and 12°C, with salads, grilled meats, white meats, and spicy or Mediterranean dishes.
