This Olive Oil comes from a small family vineyard and orchard in Abruzzo. It is imported directly by a friend for his super-high-end restaurant clients. This oil is of a quality that you simply can't buy, unless you have connections. I get a small allocation every year, and they just came in.
If it shows as "sold out", email or call us, and we'll see if we can get a few more. The price may seem steep at first glance, but it's a 3L can (no light = fresher longer), so per your typical 500ml bottle it comes to just over $20, which is a steal. If it's too much oil for you, maybe split it with a friend. In our family, we go through two cans a year.
