Little Wing is a wine dedicated to the spirit, gratitude and humility of any table. Born in tradition, this vin gris, or rosé, wine is equal parts Grenache and Mourvèdre from the cool Yakima Valley. It was spontaneously fermented in barrel and aged on the lees withholding malo-lactic fermentation. It is both savory and fruit-driven with fresh aromas reflective of the high-desert climate from which it hails.
