Soil: A plateau of drift boulders of limestone, for the first 2 meters over granite.

Vines: 38 years of age.
Grape Varieties: 100% Viognier
Vinification: 15 day fermentation at 45˚F, entirely with maceration pelliculaire (long skin contact). De-stemmed bunches are pressed lightly with a partial malolactic fermentation. Integrated farming, with hand harvesting, organic herbicides use, no pesticides and the utilization of sustainable agriculture which respects the environment established by the Forum de l'Agriculture Raisonnée Respecteuse l'Environnement.
Tasting Notes
“Honeyed apricot and pear aromas that are sweetly floral with subtle hints of cinnamon. Good structure and acid balance play against the fruity flavor profile in this soft and dry white, which brings back summer in just one sip”
