This wine holds a special significance for Bernard. In 1971, he planted this vineyard with his father, cultivated it alone, and produced his first vintage in 2010. A small, relatively exclusive production, this wine boasts a deep red color and a rich, spicy palate. It is both full-bodied and complex. Enjoy it within the year or cellar it for 4 to 6 years, pairing well with grilled meats, spicy dishes, and chocolate desserts.
Serve at around 16°C
