A fresh bouquet of red fruits on the nose with raspberry and red currant notes. The palate is fresh with round tannins and loads of juicy red fruits, very easy drinking with complexity but yet gentle and round, delicious and juicy.​

Wine Making Method: Natural, native yeast fermentation, vegan.

Varieties: 80% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon

Soil: Clays, Ferruginous Limestone Subsoil.

Farming: Organic

Harvest: Hand harvest plot by plot at optimum ripeness. The grape crop is density sorted and by hand in our cellar.

Maturation: Stainless steel vats with one third of the blend in matured french oak barrels ​for​ ​12​ ​months
