Made in "Loir-esq." style, this Sauvignon Blanc was fermented in stainless steel for two months, thus creating a combination of complex herbaceous aromas on the nose and lovely tropical notes on the palate...Think of white peach, pear, guava, and passionfruit!
This wine will pair wonderfully with grilled vegetables such as zucchini and asparagus, fish, and Southeast Asian cuisine - such as a dish from our friends over at Da Nang!
